A conditioning based workout geared toward elevated heart rate and more calories burned! These sessions will use plyo metric movements, timing, and tempo to hit your aerobic and anaerobic systems resulting in fat burning, leaner muscle, and a boost to your metabolism. Do you have the grit?
A strength based workout geared toward heavier resistance training to unlock muscle hypertrophy and overall strength development. Let’s get down and dirty!!!
Get the best of both worlds in this hybrid session. We will be combining both our Grit and Grunt exercises for an epic workout. Here you will use cardio, resistance, agility, and core movements to unleash the warrior within! Leave everything out on the floor and challenge yourself both physically and mentally.
