To Help every athlete reach their full athletic potential and to help them continue to play their sport for as long as they'd like to and not have to give up due to injury or burnout.
We can accomplish this mission by focusing on the following:
1-Improve the athletes performance: Improving the performance on the field ensures they can have more fun due to having more success on the field. It also gives the kids the ability to compete with their peers and opponents.
2-Keep the athletes healthy: While we can't eliminate all injuries...we can lower the risk by ensuring the athletes bodies can withstand the physical demands of their sport and by training in a smart way.
Key aspects of our training:
-Biomechanics: Basic fundamental movement patterns. (Range of Motion/Joint Mobility and Motor Control)
-Endurance: Cardiovascular endurance, core endurance, and breathing to be able to perform throughout the duration of their event.
-Sequence: How efficiently the athletes can transfer power from their legs, through the core, and express it through the arms/hands.
-Athleticism: The raw strength and power in the upper and lower body.
